Roles And Responsibilities
 
Lead the change management and business operations workstreams for the NEHR programme.
Obtain alignment amongst across workstreams and with external stakeholders (various MOH dept)
Change Management

  1. Oversee team of SM & M in developing change plans to support system and policy changes

  2. Mobilise resources to execute the comms, engagement and enablement activities as planned

  3. Ensure regular engagement with user community, TTT community and PoC community

  4. Ensure regular stream of institutions for onboarding

  5. Ensure governance for onboarding processes

Business Operations

  1. Oversee team of Manager and Executives in handling of NEHR policy and business related enquiries and patients’ request for opt-out/in

  2. Ensure governance, standards and quality of service

Requirements / Qualifications

  1. At least 8-10 years of relevant hands-on experience in change management or large scale system implementation or public service or strategic planning related roles

  2. Familiarity with project management approaches and tools

  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Able to work with different groups of stakeholders.

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confident in presenting and managing senior management

  5. Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills

  6. Ability to cope in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  7. Experience in healthcare industry would be an added advantage
