Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for digital, data, and AI adoption.
Support the development of digital transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct readiness assessments and stakeholder analysis to inform adoption strategies.
Enablement & Change Management
Design and deliver training, workshops, and enablement programs to build digital and data literacy.
Develop communication plans to promote awareness and engagement around AI and analytics initiatives.
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Implementation Support
Partner with data science, IT, and product teams to ensure solutions are user-centric and scalable.
Translate business requirements into actionable insights and use cases for AI and analytics.
Support pilot programs and scale successful initiatives across departments.
Monitoring & Evaluation
Define and track adoption metrics, KPIs, and user feedback to measure impact.
Identify barriers to adoption and recommend interventions to improve uptake.
Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership on adoption progress and outcomes.
Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a trusted advisor to business units on digital and AI capabilities.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
Represent the voice of the user in solution design and deployment.
Requirements:
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Relevant Work Experience
3–5 years of experience in digital transformation, data analytics, AI adoption, or change management.
Strong understanding of data and AI technologies, including analytics platforms, machine learning, and cloud solutions.
Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and driving organizational change.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and project management skills.
