Lead the generation of new ideas based on data, analytics, insights, market trends, and interactions with partners, clients and prospects.
Understand the market situation and availability of new technology, conduct market analysis and propose enhancement recommendations for management’s decision.
Create an in-house knowledge bank, documenting best practices, key dependencies and success factors.
Drive modern digital product management principles and serves as a leader across BUs, technology, and Deposit/Wealth teams.
Support and shape the development of the entire digital onboarding strategy for Deposit and Wealth products.
Manage digital projects to build best-in-class digital on-boarding capabilities as well as leverage on analytics to optimise digital business and identify digital sales opportunities.
Lead the development of new digital business cases and product design based on data, analytics, insights, market trends, and interactions with partners, clients and prospects.
Lead the end-to-end product management from strategic planning to product release, including but not limited to, working on new digital product design, market research, managing project outcomes to achieve objectives on-time.
Develop and drive go-to-market strategies to ensure successful rollout of new products and improvement plans.
Work cross-functionally and horizontally with technical, design, business, operations and compliance counterparts to define product release requirements and issue management.
Develop a deep understanding and appreciation for prospect and client needs across all BUs and BEs.
Relevant Work Experience
Proficiency with AGILE SCRUM methodology will be advantageous

Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
Strong knowledge base and experience developing or leading digital experiences, coupled with knowledge of the underlying technology, both current and emerging
Effective in managing business risk through assessing risk probability and impact, developing processes for risk mitigation and detection in rollout and test plans, and scenario planning
Highly developed communication and presentations skills with a superior ability to effectively communicate and present complex concepts and issues to leadership teams
Skilled at working cross-functionally with technology, service, operations, marketing and product teams to lead the entire lifecycle of the experiences
A can-do attitude and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
