Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals
Lead and drive integrated and/or digital led marketing campaigns to meet business results, and brand health metric targets
Utilize your deep understanding of marketing principles and industry trends to create and execute compelling campaigns across various channels
Plan and manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring seamless execution from ideation to analysis, including building landing pages, microsites to enhance user experience and conversion rates
Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing/digital campaigns
Leverage analytics to make data-driven recommendations for optimisation to meet business objectives/results
Regularly report campaign progress, insights, and key findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders, including senior management
Conduct thorough market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and competitor activities, informing future campaign strategies
Oversee the development of creative assets, collaborating with design and content teams, both internal and external agencies to ensure alignment with campaign objectives and create impactful marketing assets
Work with relevant leads from UX, Public Relations, Events, Customer Experience where relevant to optimise user experience, tailor content for marketing programs to drive higher conversions, usage and customer engagement
Plan and execute events for target customer segments to drive engagement and align with strategic priorities
Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support campaign
execution, performance tracking and events management
Stay up-to-date with emerging marketing trends, technologies and tools, recommending innovative solutions to enhance campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
Min. Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Marketing, Business or Communications
Min. 5 to 8 years of experience in marketing campaign management (both planning and executions), communications and events management in B2C and B2B, digital and/or growth marketing
Candidates with Banking Experience will be advantageous
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with cross-functional teams and present campaign updates to stakeholders
Proficiency in using marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant software would be a plus
Good grasp of AEM, Google Analytics, SEM/SEO, Content and Social Media Marketing
Exceptional project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines
Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas that resonate with our target audience
Good command of Chinese, both spoken and written would be an added advantage
Excellent knowledge and good hands-on experience of digital marketing and social media platforms
Highly motivated, able to function effectively in a high pressure, multi-task environment and adhere to deadlines
