Perform follow up calls/emails to customers to facilitate faster processing for Customers.
Drive cross sell business for supplementary cards and other ancillary products to increase revenue.
Provide full administrative support to sales teams.
Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results.
Perform welcome calls to new credit card Customers introducing the various usage programs that the bank offers.
Work on all pending, cancelled & rejected credit card / personal loan applications in order to optimize sales efforts and efficiency.
Review of applications and transactions.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Minimally, a Diploma / GCE O Level holder
Relevant Work Experience
Minimally 2 years of experience in a Telesales environment, in credit cards business
