Responsibilities
Work closely with supervisor to develop business portfolio through loan acquistions
Generation of new leads and prospects via marketing calls, sales activities, strategic tie ups
To increase wallet share through via service and understanding of customers’ needs
Underwrite credit risk by understanding and identifying risk areas and mitigating factors
Ensure proper compliance of bank policies and processes
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Preferably with 1 year banking experience or related sales and marketing experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
