The Role
The Account Director role will work in a flat structure that rewards passionate, collaborative thinkers, who can hustle hard to create solutions and opportunities.
Your responsibilities will be to set the operational rhythm within accounts teams and contribute to the commercial performance of the business. We're looking for an experienced, strategic, and commercially skilled comms leader who genuinely loves their craft, to help continue the growth trajectory of this agency.

We're looking for a collaborative Account Lead to support business growth to become the best independent technology communications firm.
To be successful in this role you will need
The ability to think strategically with the ability to easily articulate your views to lead your clients and your team.
You will be a leader; fostering the needs of the team, delegating work, and rolling up your sleeves to help others.
7+ years of experience running profitable accounts.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for writing creative copy and messaging.
