Job Description
We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated Data Analyst (web/product analyst). In this role you will be working across multiple datasets including visitors’ clickstream data and providing strategic insights to the business and product team. This role will report to the Head of Advanced Analytics (Digital Business).
 
Responsibilities:
  • Analyse user behaviour data, product funnel to improve customer in- app experience
  • Create and maintain detailed reporting for campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Big Query and Data Studio.
  • In-depth brand/seller performance analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Evaluate and define KPIs and metrics to measure the impact from in- app product feature changes
  • Proactively identify area of improvements on existing process or establish and test on new hypothesis
  • Tracking & Determine what needs to be tracked and measured. You will be responsible for tracking user interactions and clickstream data to understand customer behaviour.
 
Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another analytical field
  • 2+ years experience in data analytics (web analytics or product analytics preferred)
  • Analytical mind and business acumen with ability to work with large amounts of data to discover patterns and trends and to form conclusions based on findings. Must be extremely detailed oriented
  • Excellent analytical skills, independent thinking, data oriented, and knowledge of analytics tools required (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, or R)
  • Experience with designing, running and analyzing A/B tests and product experiments. Should also have an understanding of hypothesis testing
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Quick learner and proven ability to handle multiple projects concurrently
  • Team player with an ability to function effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
 
Good to have:
  • Tag Management Systems: Preferably Google Tag Manager or similar alternatives e.g. Tealium, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, etc.
  • Tracking Technologies: Google Analytics or similar technologies such as Adjust
  • Working experience in digital marketing, advertising is a plus
