Our family came together with a shared dream – a more conscious way of eating that is truly good. SaladStop! was founded in 2009 with the aim of bringing a new dimension to salads and a new approach to fast food. We currently operate in Singapore, Philippines, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Spain, Korea and Vietnam. As we expand our footprint in the region, we remain committed to ending ‘pre-made culture’ and ensuring a more conscious way of eating. Our goal is to empower customers with the resources and information to eat better. Customers have full access to the nutritional facts and serving portions of all menu items, as well as carbon footprint information on the SaladStop! website. Allowing them to take control of the nutritional value and environmental impact of their meals.

Digital Marketing Director
We are looking for a dynamic marketing leader to spearhead our digital marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have exceptional technical and marketing skills to lead the digital marketing team to create and develop our brand story and values in the digital space.
Motivate, develop and oversee the marketing team. As a senior leader, you will step up to co-lead Fresh Creation Holdings together with the Management Team
Evaluate and develop the brand story, corporate identity, marketing strategy and marketing plan for all brands under Fresh Creation Holdings
Strengthen brand positioning through evaluation and research of competitors, and ensure consistent presentation.
Strategize and execute digital marketing plan, developing customer experience, defining digital channels and creating creative digital content
Segment data and understand digital touch points’ contribution to sales conversions. Drive innovative customer experience at touch points to create awareness, call for action, convert to customers, customer retention and build customer loyalty
Develop plans and budgets for marketing/communications/PR program and its activities, monitor progress, evaluate performance and measure results
Budget and control expenditures for R&D appropriations, ROI, P&L projections and performance evaluation
Planning, executing and adapting menu calendar and producing city specific content (if required)
Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy, including creating and managing SEM campaigns, social media advertising, ensuring top organic search ranking positions, and regularly review and optimise of ROAS
Reviewing analytics report from multiple channels and platforms and recommend optimisation action plans to marketing team
Developing and adapting communications specific to local and regional markets (if required)
Work closely with external tech vendors and in-house tech team
Work closely with 3rd party delivery partners (e.g. Grab, Deliveroo, etc), and analyse data from these platforms
Identify new and upcoming media outlets, promotional mechanisms and potential B2B partners
Attend relevant networking events to build database of potential clients and partners, build and develop relations with vendors and business partners
The right candidate should find it easy to bridge corporate and start-up culture. You are ready to be hands on with your campaigns, able to work independently and solve problems with creative solutions.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing or
5 - 7 years of marketing experience in F&B, retail, food delivery, e-commerce platforms or a high growth digital service.
Proven experience of leading a marketing team for a minimum of 3 years
Knowledge and proficiency in Google analytics, Google Data Studio, SEO/SEM, CRM software, social media marketing, mobile marketing, traffic generation and digital eco-systems.
Google certifications will be advantageous
Ability to work well in a fast environment and collaborate with international markets
Excellent analytical and management skills
Demonstrate integrity and good work ethics
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Great “can do” attitude and personable personality
