GrowthOps is looking for our next highly self-motivated, growth focused, analytical, Multidisciplinary Growth Lead/ Full-stack Marketer to lead Asia growth. The role is remote friendly, and can also be based in our Kuala Lumpur or Manila offices.

About the Role
  
The individual will be responsible for designing and executing data-driven organic and paid media activations that reach our key enterprise level clients across the Southeast Asia region to inform and inspire them. The successful candidate will report to the Regional Chief Growth Officer, together with our multiple integrated teams to run campaigns across channels based on research and data to help target high value audiences. The individual will also provide strategic support to internal teams that efficiently and effectively amplify major news announcements, events, and company-wide initiatives and help set up processes and mechanisms for close collaborations for teams across the Asia region.
  
This role requires skills in these areas: digital marketing, advertising, social content creation, project management, relationship building, problem-solving, and analytics. The individual will manage multiple projects, own schedules, outline key milestones, and track deliverables. Equally essential, the candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, have impeccable attention to detail, and a track record of on-time delivery of projects coupled with the ability to operate independently and autonomously. To be successful in this role, this individual will work seamlessly with multiple stakeholders at all levels, and have exceptional skills leading cross-functional collaboration to align and coordinate strategies and campaigns.
  
The Successful Candidate Will
  • Coordinate efforts across internal teams, external client prospects, and partners to enable innovative brand and reputational campaigns that achieve our brand and business goals
  • Support the development and execution of regional and local integrated marketing campaigns; own all campaign management aspects of these efforts across paid and owned media channels (such as running Google Adwords, Facebook and Linkedin Ads campaigns and post campaign analysis). This includes essential design and copywriting tasks while staying on-brand
  • Ensure projects are progressing, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated and appropriately escalated, change management concerns are addressed, and results are delivered on time and within budget
  • Write content marketing material autonomously and contribute to marketing white papers that leverage data-driven insights, drive creative development, and enable cross-functional collaboration
  • Track key performance metrics and analyze the results of launched initiatives; based on these learnings, implement operational improvements that optimize our available resources
  • Keep abreast of industry events for PR and related opportunities

 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience and marketing qualifications
  • A minimum of 6-8 years experience in integrated marketing campaigns, communications or campaign management
  • Have experience with Insider, Hubspot or alternative marketing automation and personalization tools
  • Experience as a marketing manager/coordinator, ideally supporting global brands, marketing, creative or other type of communications teams
  • Experience in digital marketing and paid media, driving offline and on-line communications campaigns
Preferred Qualifications

A mix of agency and in-house experience is preferred, including brand marketing, advertising, and communications.
  • Reforge, CXL or equivalent growth marketing qualifications
  • Core platform certifications (LinkedIn, Facebook, Google etc)
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish, including but not limited to maintaining timelines, updating stakeholders, coordinating efforts, balancing short and long-term needs, and delivering results
  • Knowledge of creative workflow within a performance marketing, or digital creative department
  • Experience in managing agencies and budgets
  • Have strong ownership and willingness to roll up one's sleeves and get work done
  • Have high judgment, particularly in narrow time frames
  • Be able to successfully manage complex, fast-moving and unexpected communications challenges and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, business partners, and senior leadership
