Overall Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for the execution of digital marketing campaigns for FairPrice Online eCommerce platform. The Marketing Manager will build and execute on high-speed continuous campaigns to drive transactions, engagement and user base growth.
He/She will be responsible for leading (end-to-end) mass and key segment-targeted marketing campaigns, planning the annual campaign calendar and growing a loyal user base. He/she will also work on increasing & communicating the value proposition of FairPrice’s online loyalty programme.

He/She will be responsible for leading (end-to-end) mass and key segment-targeted marketing campaigns, planning the annual campaign calendar and growing a loyal user base. He/she will also work on increasing & communicating the value proposition of FairPrice’s online loyalty programme.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, build and execute marketing campaigns at high velocity, measuring effect and delivering optimization
- Work with appointed agencies, product teams and other key stakeholders to develop, strategize, manage and execute marketing campaigns across, with focus on driving orders, revenue and AOV
- Collaborate with design agencies and internal design team to develop and execute all required creatives (from banners to rich media)
- Work with internal stakeholders & media buying agencies on budgeting, media plans and per channel spending distribution
- Ensure consistency across campaigns in creative assets, messaging, and strategy
- Monitor and report campaign efficiency – measuring return on marketing spending, reach and meeting of campaign objectives (ROI, CPA targets)
- Develop forecasts and budgets from various paid media channels, acting on optimization decisions quickly
- Monitor competitor campaigns to derive insights and recommendations
Job Specifications/Competencies:
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in campaign management for eCommerce, consultancy or MNC with sizeable digital marketing portfolio
- Hands-on experience in e-mail marketing, content marketing, campaign management and online advertising
- Hands-on experience in building and executing data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and leveraging marketing automation technology
- Must have an analytical mind, be numbers driven & have analytics skills & experience.
- Proficiency in excel is a must, familiarity with GA360, Data Studio and SQL is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple projects and tight timelines
- Strong managerial skills combined with team player attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of internal stakeholders
- Possess the ability to inspire and influence key internal and external stakeholders to build and manage wider relationships
