Your Day-to-Day 
  • Develop paid media strategy across a range of digital channels
  • Create tactical plans to deliver on strategy
  • Manage the end-to-end media campaign planning process from strategy to planning, execution, optimization and reporting across a variety of tactics including display, retargeting, dynamic display, search and social as well as programmatic and ABM targeting. 
  • Master ad tools of key channels including Google Ads (search and display network), Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads 
  • Respond to client (internal and external) briefs 
  • Measure and report performance of digital campaigns and assess against goals (key metrics and KPIs) on a regular basis 
  • Create and present on-time reports to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs 
  • Evaluate the results of campaigns to ensure they meet clients’ goals and to gain learning for future planning 
  • Assist in growing strategic accounts by fostering relationships, and identifying and proposing new service opportunities
What You’ll Need Ideally 
  • 2-4 years experience in advertising and/or campaign management, with a focus on digital marketing and digital media 
  • Google Ads Search & Google Ads Fundamentals Certified 
  • Facebook Blueprint Certified 
  • Past experience with managing DV360 or Programmatic campaigns would be a plus
  •  Experience creating, executing and optimizing successful paid marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the role of media within the customer journey from building awareness, driving engagement, nurturing and converting into leads and pipeline 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics or other related fields or equivalent professional experience
  • Deep interest in brand management, digital marketing and content creation 
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues, leading to thoughtful recommendations, action plans, and campaigns that drive high ROI 
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Experience in data analysis with a high level of comfort discussing and presenting data
  • A proactive and organized self-starter with a flexible and agile approach
