The digital transformation office is a new department in SNEC with the aim to improve business and organizational activities, processes, competencies and models - the way we conduct our healthcare activities towards process optimization using digital solutions.
We are looking for creative, dynamic individuals who are able to utilize their skills effectively to work with our healthcare users to design, develop, test, simple innovative solutions.
You will be required to:
• Extraction and data cleaning of variables from electronic medical record system
• Maintenance of data warehouse via various data collection points
• Generate key reports and prepare power point updates for Management
• Engage users to establish requirements and develop simple, effective solutions as pilot
Diploma in Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Information Technology programming, Computer Science or a related field with 1 year relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Expert in use of at least one programming tool, software and language (e.g. C++, Python, R, Mathlab or SQL)
Independent, proactive, adaptable and works well under pressure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working with patients
