Practice Area Profile
Through People & Organization, BCG works with our clients — senior business executives— who value BCG’s strategic, fact-based, and impact-oriented approach supported by senior teams, rich benchmarking databases and analytical capabilities. We provide expertise to our clients across all industries through our capabilities in areas like Organization Design; Change Management; Shared Services and Support Functions; Culture, Purpose and Engagement; Leadership & Talent; and Agile Ways of Working.
What You'll Do
Working closely with our Regional People Strategy and Digital Reskilling team, as an Expert Consultant aligned to our Expert Career Track (ECT), you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling up BCG’s offering on digital reskilling and upskilling across Asia Pacific. Key to your success will also be driving consulting engagements on talent strategy with a digital context.
Key responsibilities include:
Client facing and execution role—providing expertise and cased on digital talent management, upskilling and reskilling projects
Lead workshops, understanding client requirements, skills gap analysis and assessment, developing learning journeys through to program management, training and delivery
Support leadership and project teams in client proposals, presales and business development efforts across Asia Pacific
Contribute to IP development including learning assets, curriculum and content
Key role in program management of the DigitalBCG Academy
Contributing to People & Organization Practice (POP) engagements including HR transformation, organizational design and culture.
What You'll Bring (Experience & Qualifications)
5-10 years’ experience in a strategy, management or technology consultancy
Experience as a Digital Consultant with a passion for talent strategy, OR a Talent & Organization/Human Capital Consultant/Manager with a passion for digital/emerging tech skills
Breadth and depth across IT/digital strategy, transformation and agile concepts
Experience as a trainer or facilitator on digital skills topics
Thrive in a hypothesis-based environment and ability to frame strategic challenges from a business and digital/tech perspective
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent communication, storylining, client facing and consulting skills
Strategic mindset, presence and senior gravitas
Bachelors degree preferably in an IT or HRM related discipline
Flexibility to travel within SEA/Asia Pacific region (when restrictions allow
