About Crely Healthcare:
Crely is developing a wearable device-enabled clinician decision support system to predict, detect, manage, and reduce Surgical Site Infections (SSIs). Crely has completed clinical studies on a porcine model and is now carrying out clinical studies to collect study data from human patients with a clinically acceptable prototype.
Summary of the role:
In this position, you will be exposed to the science of wearable technology in the healthcare landscape and directly contribute to the development (from design to testing) of the product. The internship will be a great training opportunity to learn from experienced industry leaders with hands-on approach.

Responsibilities:
1. Schematics and PCB design
2. Embedded firmware development
3. Analog signal processing and interpretation
4. Develop signal calibration method
5. Create and manage requirements/specifications
6. Verify and validate the consistency and accuracy of signals
7. Source for vendors and components/materials
8. Developing and testing algorithms to ensure electronics, software and hardware
integration
9. Testing and assessing the reliability and robustness of our designs
10. To undertake other project-related administrative tasks as appropriate

Requirements:
1. Has familiarity with electronics and electrical signals
2. Good understanding of coding structures and embedded systems
3. Familiar with C++ programming and Arduino IDE
4. Able to adapt and work independently
5. Strong interest in the medical technology and biomedical engineering field
6. Great communication skills
