Equipment Technician (Fresh grad, woodlands)
Shift hours, 3-4-4-4. Permanent day/ night.
Responsibilities:
Perform equipment preventive tasks for Prober and Tester.
Review of safety documents and Risk assessment and comply to perform the tasks.
Log in to system for equipment state change to Preventive Maintenance state.
Lubricate loader and guide and aligner.
Check camera / target transfer.
Check chiller coolant level.
Perform hardware check eg. loader and wafer ID Camera.
Pre-alignment sensor voltage check.
EMO Check.
Initialization Check.
Perform system verification and system file backup.
Perform cleaning material maintenance.
Perform housekeeping.
Perform particle measurement.
Update machine status.
Requirements:
Minimum Nitec / Diploma in Electronic / Mechanical Engineering.
2 - 4 years of experience in machine maintenance will be a advantageous.
Immediate starter will be a plus.
No experience are welcome.
Training will be provided.
