Responsibilities
Review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalize them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms
Review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimize them through digitalization
Source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitalization
Assist in project management and rollout of solutions
Requirements
Diploma/Graduate in related disciplines including Business Analyst, Marketing, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems, Engineering etc.
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Experience in the following areas (2 years): project management roles, hospitality, mobile app development, RPA development
Proficient in MS Office
