Job Description & Requirements
As a senior executive within the team, you will be tasked to plan, launch, and execute social media strategy.
The winning candidate should be the extension of the brand, possess deep understanding of client’s needs and businesses challenges. Beyond that, you should be able to translate it internally and collaborate with internal team to craft solutions for the client.
Build strong relationship with key clients and be the go-to person for all client’s need in social media.
Provide strategic insights and guidelines to client to achieve business & communication objectives.
Participate in developing and strategizing integrated social media strategies.
Manage internal resources and stakeholders to ensure profitability
The ideal candidate will possess 3-4 years of experience within a social media team
Experience in planning, integrating, and executing social media/integrated campaign for clients
Fully immersed in all major social networks
Good understanding in analytic & data, and publishing social media tools
Experience in managing clients directly and budget planning for the client.
Experience in writing and editing for social channels, and developing editorial calendars.
Good understanding of paid social concept (what’s required, how it works, and success measurement)
Experience dealing with crisis and emergency communications situations a plus
Active learner and forward thinker who excels at identifying evolving media trends
Persuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation)
Energetic, motivated and social-media savvy.
Possess go-getter attitude and focus on problem solving.
Able to work collaboratively and influence key stakeholders (i.e., retail operators, corporate functions, senior leadership)
