Act as the category champion, deliver and execute integrated marketing programs/campaigns and communications across sales channels. This includes working with internal stakeholder and external agencies - ATL, social, BTL, packaging, premium suppliers, PR, digital, printers, marketing partners etc
Work closely with channel team on trade marketing programs which include launch kit, trade presenter and trade marketing activities
Handle product complaints relating to the category(s)
Monthly tracking of competitors’ developments and activities which include bread and other bakery brands.
Work with Product Development team on new product ideation based on category trends and insights
Work with Production not limiting to Gardenia owned subsidiaries on production innovation and renovations
Monthly report on category performance
Monitor A&P expenditure within budget
Job requirements:
Proficient in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Possess excellent project management skills
Data savvy and high level of analytical skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
Independent, proactive, and able to work as a team in ambiguous environment
Sales experience will be an added advantage
