Keep abreast of the latest purchasing needs and after-sales customer requirements in the power plant equipment and service sector.

Identify and analyze target markets, both in terms of customers and products.

Prepare and submit proposals and invoices to customers.

Negotiate and provide assistance in the sales process.

Maintain records of sales and services, including customer interactions and feedback.

Prepare and deliver service presentations to prospective customers, effectively translating technical information into understandable terms.

Act as a liaison between the client and the company, ensuring a smooth communication channel between technical teams and customers.

Monitor, coordinate, and report on project status and the status of delivered products and services.

Provide assistance to customers facing issues or failures after the installation or during the use of products and services.


Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar).

Proven experience in technical sales or a related field, especially in the power plant equipment and service industry.

Strong knowledge of power plant equipment and technology.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

Willingness to travel and support clients in the Singapore and Malaysia markets, as well as across the Asia-Pacific region.
