Our client is looking to hire a Customer Acquisition and SEO Manager to be part of their growing team. Reporting to the VP of Data and Growth, you will be responsible for driving growth campaigns & initiatives from planning to execution for SG and International Market segments. You will also be managing, developing and mentoring a team of 2 – 3 executives.
Other responsibilities would include but would not be limited to:
Managing and optimizing campaigns across SEM, social paid, GDN, programmatic)
Developing SEO strategies with Tech team and be responsible for all growth marketing KPIs across channels and markets
Managing relationships and working closely with all of advertising / technology partners (e.g. Google, Facebook and etc) and recommend optimisations
Owning achievement and improvement of main growth metrics - new customer acquisition, CAC, CLTV and traffic.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing and in SEO with a minimum of 1 year in team lead capacity
Experience working in a fast-growing consumer company, with passion in ecommerce, fashion or retail
Experience scaling customer acquisition, and driving CLTV while managing budget constraints
Experience defining, executing, and iterating a growth strategy
Proficient in Excel, and experience with SQL and data analytics tools
