We're looking for someone with a strong accounting and controllership background. Prior team management experience is a must. Prior experience at start-ups and/or small businesses is a plus.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Accounting: beyond traditional accounting functions, as we are an AP software business, this part of the role will involve substantial interaction with Product and Sales to provide input and feedback on the product, provide guidance on workflows for integration with accounting software, and elucidate our main value propositions to the sales team selling to accounting firm partners
- Financial operations

- FP&A: Reporting & analysis of financial results; forecasting and budgeting
- Treasury: we manage multiple wallets and substantial international payments, so this team will need to oversee liquidity management, FX hedging, and management of all investor/lender funds
Requirements
- Prior experience in accounting, controllership, and finance operations
- Prior people management experience
- Demonstrated interest and comfort in start-up environment
