What you can expect
We work collaboratively to develop new ideas to help our clients improve their recruiting pipeline. We are growing and need to expand our team of consultants, and are looking for ambitious and dynamic individuals to be part of TalentKraft’s growth. We provide rigorous on-the-job training in key areas such as analytical skills, sales and communication, and aim to help our team members develop essential and cross-functional skills.
You will help TalentKraft:
execute projects by conducting interview sessions with stakeholders, analyzing current processes, recommending solutions and preparing impact reports
develop new ideas and methodologies as the range of clients and issues expands. You will also own the development and execution of these ideas
expand its network of HR solution providers and partners, and establish good working relationships to increase the range of solutions we can offer to clients
grow its client base by prospecting and connecting with potential clients
Who you are

What we can offer
As a lean start-up, you will work directly with the co-founders on projects. We will provide you with lots of hands-on training to help you build up the skills you will require to execute projects in their entirety, from engaging potential prospects to delivering final reports.
