Location: Singapore

Key Requirements:

  • We are looking for a result-oriented candidate who has a proven track record of selling IT services (both application and infra), Cloud based SaaS platforms in Singapore

  • A hunter who has managed clients across Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand and Vietnam

  • Candidate must have exposure to new business development with CXO connects and have sold to FS clients

  • Candidate must have sales/ business development experience within banking industry

  • Should have excellent communication and analytical skills to understand client-side requirements and then articulate our value proposition in an effective manner. The ability to display proactive approach and work in an unstructured environment is a must.

  • Should have experience working in offshore global delivery model

Experience:

  • 12+ years of relevant experience

Critical Success Factors and relevant requirements

  • Knowledge of Banking Domain/ Financial Services and able to do first level presentation on products, platforms and services to client and prospects.

  • Direct Sales and account management experience around banking applications (i.e. casa, deposits, loans, trade, cash mgmt.), front end digital channels.

  • Must have a deep understanding and successful track record of managing and closing contract negotiations for platforms, products and services projects.

  • Must have managed end-to-end sales cycle and won multi-year $15-20Mn+ contracts

  • Candidate should be able to work with partners and drive the business strategy for assigned accounts.
