As a Planner, you will be responsible to support the team in digital media planning and operations that focuses on the conversion portion of the marketing funnel.
Planning
- Assist the Manager to develop media strategy / recommendations and prepare detailed media plan to the clients
- Drive strategic and tactical innovation across media platforms, including display, video, search, mobile, social and programmatic
- Engage clients on day-to-day operations and various campaign reports
- Work with traders for campaign proposals
- Book and activate campaigns – both managed service and self-service across various platforms, mainly social and display
- Digital ad ops including ad trafficking, review of creative assets and tagging
- Liaise with media owners & clients for material submission
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance across channels such as Facebook, Display and Google Ads
- Produce interim and post-campaign reports for clients
- Work with billing team to ensure that plans are billed correctly in a timely manner
- 1 - 3 years’ of digital media experience
- Meticulous, good with numbers and able to organise and prioritise tasks and work under tight timelines
- Resilient to change and willing to keen to learn new skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal and external parties
- Ready to take up initiatives and ownership of projects
- Plays well with others and is a team player
- Competency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
