KCK started out as a sole proprietor in 1991 catering to homeowners who have no time to cook and gradually expanded our services to include buffet catering. We then saw an opportunity to establish a central kitchen to manufacture and support their needs. Other than contract manufacturing, we expanded to manufacture our own brand of frozen pizzas, pies, soups, cakes and bread.

We have a very exciting project coming up next year and it will potentially revamp the catering business by leveraging IT technology. We are interested in candidates that will become pioneers in this new business endeavor.

Job Description

  • Manage and ensure that we meet customers’ needs and requirements

  • Carry out media, banner, photo shoot and communications on all social media platforms

  • Strategize and plan marketing activities to maximise return on investment

  • Carry out data and google analytics, submit weekly sales report

  • Manage and ensure effective and efficient planning and execution for all web, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media and advertising campaigns, including updating the website

  • Suggest benchmark metrics, measure and report monthly performance of all digital marketing campaigns, distribution channel initiatives and access against goals (ROI & KPIs) including end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and various touchpoints

  • Strengthen brand presence and customer relationships through social media, monitoring competitors’ presence on social media for performance enhancement

  • Strategic planning with the Operations Team to develop a cost-effective and efficient marketing activity calendar

  • Work with Business Analyst for performance measurement and data insights reporting

  • Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time

Qualifications

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience

  • 5 years of experience in Marketing

  • Additional exposure in Hotels, F&B, Advertising agencies, or a combination of any of the above highly desired related industries

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated expertise in digital marketing

  • Creative and on the pulse for new technology trends in the F&B industry, strategic and analytical

  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint; Photoshop skills will be a plus

  • Strong communication skills in English

  • Team Player and good interpersonal skills

  • Fundamental project management skills

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a professional manner

  • Self-starter, problem-solver and able to work independently
