​Obtaining upcoming and/or potential projects information.

Building strong strategic relationships with clients, contractors, architects, developers and vendors.

Researching the new tenders / projects and developing the strategies in order to get building and redevelopment projects.

Analyzing market news, trends, local law and regulations in construction, building, real estate, redevelopment and making report regularly.

Other related matters with relation to business development inclusive of tendering and signing contracts with Clients.

Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Director, Chief Representative and Manager.

Job requirements:

Min Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Building Engineering.

Min 3 years of similar experience in construction business including architecture firm or general contractor is required.

Demonstrates strong technical competence and excellent time management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills.

Self-motivated individual who is able to multi-task and stay focus on business objectives.

Singapore Citizen (SC) only.
