YOUR ROLE: A BLEND OF STRATEGY, DESIGN, AND LEADERSHIP
• End-to-end design ownership: Responsible for the entire product design of concierge transportation service flow, including customer facing transport experiences and backend systems like dynamic pricing engine
• Strategic Design Visionary: Develop a user-centric product vision that eases real customer challenges.
• Collaborative Crafting: Work with cross-functional teams to blend product goals with user and business needs.
• Lead by Example: Guide and collaborate with a team of Product Designers, contributing directly to projects.
• Design Advocacy: Champion user-centered design principles in product development.
• Cross-Functional Workshops: Lead sessions that spur ideation and UX planning.
• Creative Conceptualization: Design flowcharts, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate user journeys.
• Visual Storytelling: Craft designs that align with our brand and product vision.
• User Research Guru: Conduct research and testing to refine designs continually.
• Engineering Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineers to maintain design integrity.
• Trend Spotter: Keep abreast of UI/UX trends and integrate them into our work.
