YOUR ROLE: A BLEND OF STRATEGY, DESIGN, AND LEADERSHIP
• Product Lifecycle: Oversee the complete product lifecycle, from initial research to design, user acceptance testing, launch, and iterative enhancements.
• Product Development: Responsible for the product development of the pricing engine for concierge transportation services.
• Write and maintain precise product documentation, balancing feature trade-offs with priorities and tech limitations.
• Working together: Collaborate effectively with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to deliver scalable and user-friendly products.
• Understand your users: Actively engage with customers and drivers to incorporate feedback into product enhancements.
• Market research: Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends and evaluate competitors in the mobility sector.
• Training: Equip internal teams with the necessary training and support for new product features.
• Superstar learning attitude: Maintain a proactive and inquisitive mindset for continuous personal and team growth.
WHO WE'RE EXCITED TO MEET
• Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, or a related field, with a keen interest in product management in the mobility field.
• A minimum of 3-year work experience at consumer internet companies.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management capabilities.
• Proven track record of thriving in a team-based, cooperative environment.
• A passion for continuous learning and embracing new challenges in a dynamic technology landscape.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
