Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire project and product lifecycle: budgeting, requirements discovery, technical solutioning, project execution, UAT testing, production deployment and BAU support
  • Design and review the solution architecture and infrastructure architecture of the project
  • Recommend and select the best solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Serves as a subject-matter-expert for retail solutions
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance processes in the company in relation to the project
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project planning and execution
  • Provide application support and manage escalated issues raised by business users. Ensure resolution of problems are done in accordance to the Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Business IT or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Proficient in technical solutioning including mobile/web development, API and back-end integrations, database and cloud/on-prem infrastructure.
  • Experience in full stack development is advantageous.
  • Substantial experience with retail technology solutions and new technology is advantageous
  • Good technical experience in systems and applications architecture design and end-to-end implementation experience is advantageous
  • Good project and people management skills and understanding of work processes and tools to deliver projects end-to-end within project timeline
