Responsibilities
- Provide technical infrastructure support to ESM COE and various support groups
- Responsible for IT infrastructure issues in BAU operations
- Work closely with ESM Application team for any enhancement or project to ensure the technical aspects and COE processes are compliance
- Coordinate system testing with ESM application team, vendors or business users for any system changes, system refresh or system reconfiguration
- Manage the service levels of vendors based on the Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Monitor and review the ESM COE SLA reports to ensure the vendor KPIs are achieved
- Work closely with the IT Auditors to address the audit queries on ESM COE processes, data compliances and other regulations
- Involve in the yearly Disaster Recovery activities
- Assist in any ESM projects in terms of technical requirements and documentation
Requirements
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent with at least 4 years of IT experiences
- Excellent working knowledge of systems administration, databases, network and IT security
- Knowledge and experience in supporting ERP is highly preferable
- SAP Basis Knowledge will be an advantage
- Knowledge of Cloud technologies. E.g. Azure, AWS and etc.
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
- Good command of English and Mandarin to liaise with local and oversea counterparts
