The Marketing Operations Manager is an analytical and strategic thinker able to develop and implement creative solutions to operational challenges. You have very strong attention to detail, are well organized and can manage multiple projects simultaneously. You thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
In this capacity, this role should cover the following areas:
Collaborate closely with field marketing managers to understand campaign requirements and objectives.
Design, test, deploy and report on campaigns in Marketo. Includes creation of programs, tagging attributes, and hierarchy structure following our standard practices to ensure consistent reporting; building emails using standard templates; creating landing pages and forms.
Build campaign lists using data in Marketo and Salesforce.com. Ensure lists are targeted and adhere to the company’s privacy policies.
Maintain a campaign calendar to track both production schedule & workload, as well as govern email communication frequency according to our policies.
Ensure processes and best practices are in place to maintain the integrity of the Marketo data.
Monitor email campaigns and perform data analysis on email/campaign results. Provide recommendations to field marketing teams to optimize and improve future campaigns.
Monitor database health and continually seek to improve database health and hygiene.
Communicate effectively and manage your projects, timelines, processes, and results at all times.
5 – 8 years hands-on experience using a marketing automation platform –Marketo or Eloqua strongly preferred.
HTML skills and working knowledge of the Adobe marketing stack a plus.
Passion for continuous improvement and learning; you must want to track and measure the impact marketing has on the business.
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Highly effective communicator – both verbal and written.
Strong administration and organisational skills.
