Job Responsibilities:
- Heading to outlets to set up payment device and onboard merchants
- Upload menu on backend and ensure accuracy throughout all menus
- Assist in support tickets of both end users and merchants
- Troubleshoot and replacement of hardware for merchants
- Set up campaigns on backend with direction from marketing/merchants
- Help desk for merchant in regards to features in the application
- Ensure payment device is operational and set up before onboarding
- Prepare onboarding kit and necessary materials for merchant
Educational Qualification/ Experience / Skills and Competencies Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Able to move fast, think quick and be active
- Physically fit due to nature of job
Personal Attributes:
- Meticulous with an eye for detail
- Have good initiative and hands-on attitude
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Knows more than one language
