MIJ Hub is seeking a charismatic and driven Fundraising and Partnerships Specialist to build and lead our fundraising and partnership efforts. This is a high-impact role where you will shape the future of MIJ Hub’s fundraising function, cultivating meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate donors while developing strategic partnerships that contribute to MIJ’s financial sustainability and long term growth. Key Responsibilities
● Build Relationships and Secure Funding: Cultivate and manage relationships with
high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), corporate donors, and senior decision-makers,
securing six-figure contributions annually.
● Develop Revenue-Generating Partnerships: Identify and execute collaborations,
including the promotion of MIJ Hub’s social enterprise products (e.g., F&B arm), to drive
sustainable income streams.
● Establish Strategic Partnerships: Forge impactful non-revenue partnerships that
enhance MIJ Hub’s brand visibility, community reach, and mission impact.
● Create Persuasive Materials: Develop compelling slide decks, presentations, and
proposals to articulate MIJ Hub’s value proposition and partnership opportunities.
● Represent MIJ Hub: Attend and present at events, conferences, and meetings to build
connections, generate referrals, and enhance the organization’s profile.
● Leverage Market Insights: Analyze trends and donor behavior to identify opportunities,
refine strategies, and position MIJ Hub as a leading partner for impactful giving.
● Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to design
targeted campaigns and optimize donor and partner engagement.
● Streamline Processes: Establish donor management systems and pipelines using
CRM tools to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of fundraising activities.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
● 2-3+ years of proven success in fundraising, corporate partnerships, or high-value sales.
● Demonstrated ability to secure six-figure contributions annually or equivalent value in partnerships.
● Exceptional relationship-building skills, with the ability to confidently engage senior-level stakeholders and high-value donors.
● Strong track record of developing and managing partnerships, sponsorships, or donor portfolios.
● Excellent presentation development skills, with expertise in creating professional and
impactful slide decks and proposals.
● Results-oriented mindset with a consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
● Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools to support pipeline management and lead generation.
● Highly self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and capable of working independently to drive results.
● Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust.
Work Location: Singapore, Hybrid Role (3 days in office)
