Job Description:
- Marketing strategy development and planning
- Help propel the business towards an omni-channel business model
- Drive online & e-commerce P&L results
- Plan and, where required, help execute strategies in different digital marketing channels ( free social, paid social, paid search, SEO and influencer)
- To oversee & plan market research projects
- Develop and implement marketing plans for product launches
- Work with external agencies to implement initiatives
- Propose and manage the marketing budget
- Others as assigned
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing or Business related discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a digital marketing managerial capacity, preferably from FMGC and/or retail industry
- Digital marketing knowledge is a strong plus
- Agency background is preferred
- Proven achievements in driving brand growth and contribution to business profitability
- Result-oriented
- Dynamic, self-motivated and hands-on
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to lead a team
