Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Lead Project Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and meet stakeholder expectations.
Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and risk mitigation strategies
Lead cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, motivation, and effective communication
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed
Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost control
Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
Provide regular project status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Mentor and develop project team members, promoting professional growth and knowledge sharing
Qualifications
Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget
Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)
Significant experience in leading and managing complex projects in a corporate environment
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science)
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is preferred
Knowledge of the specific industry or domain in which the projects operate (if applicable)
