Online Operations Manager

 
We are looking for an experienced individual to join our operations team as an Online Operations Manager. The successful candidate will coordinate and oversee all work processes of our online operations.
 
Instore operations:
  • To support instore operations whenever necessary
 
Delivery platforms:
  • Maintains good working relationship with 3rd party delivery partners
  • Handling all customer queries and feedbacks
  • Ensure all menus and product availability are updated accurately on 3rd party delivery platforms and in-house apps
  • Work closely with operations team to develop strategies for customer satisfaction and increase quality of customer care
  • Examine and utilize data from sales and 3rd party delivery partners
  • To track and monitor delivery platforms and apps are updated regularly
  • Handling user experience issues with loyalty program, online and analysing/evaluating the results.
  • To examine and identify performance gaps and implement performance improvement plans
 
Analytics:
  • Create, maintain and report out centralized dashboards for business, integrating financial, operational and consumer data
  • Manage and optimize the current food forecast process to optimize for cost, and customer experience.
  • Perform project specific analysis for business initiatives, including new product launches, product or market tests, and historical data analyses to support recommendations.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (Operations, Marketing and Sales) by performing quantitative analysis and ad-hoc reporting to monitor performance and trends
  • Analysing data from all online platforms to develop an optimized strategy for all brands
 
Marketing:
  • Ensure promotional campaigns are deployed effectively to all outlets and online platforms
  • To assist marketing team to develop and execute online marketing campaigns
 
 
 
The right candidate should find it easy to bridge corporate and start-up culture. You are ready to be hands on with both online and instore operations.
 
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Analytics, or related fields
  • 2 - 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, food delivery, e-commerce platforms or a high growth digital service.
  • Previous experience with local logistics or food delivery partners an advantage
  • Tech savvy and takes on new tech products quickly
  • Excellent command of language and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast environment
  • Analytical and digital skills
  • Demonstrate integrity and good work ethics
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
