Please state key learning objectives / plan for the candidate
1. Candidate will be part of Private Bank (PB) and Treasures Private Client (TPC) providing support to the Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM) in client onboarding process.
2. Gain insights to the Bank's Legal & Compliance regulatory framework and procedural guidelines.
3. Exposure to the Bank’s systems and operational capabilities
4. Candidate will work in partnership with business as well as various stakeholders and support units while on the job
5. Candidate will gain exposure in the area of work ethics, organizational competencies and interpersonal skills
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Renders support to the PB and TPC teams in opening of client’s account, working closely with the Client Service Managers (CSM) as well as Relationship Managers (RM) and Assistant Relationship Managers (ARM)
2. Assist in the organization and preparation of the following:
a. Screening of customers name on databases
b. Preparation of account opening documents
c. Courier account opening documents to client
d. Data entry
e. Ensure completion of task on timely basis
3. Ensure complete and accurate case submission to facilitate a seamless account opening process
Requirements:
• Strong communication skills (spoken & written) as the role requires active interaction with business (front office teams) as well as middle office and stakeholders / business partners.
• Good organisation skills and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
• Available on immediate or short term notice and keen to commit for 6-months contract
