HipVan, a leading furniture e-commerce company in Singapore, is looking to add an Operations Manager to our team. This candidate will play a key role in our mission to allow everyone to create a sanctuary at home with our well-designed products at shockingly fair-prices. The ideal candidate is an experienced operations professional, with strong experience in e-commerce logistics. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving situations, is process-oriented, and has strong leadership skills.
Drive key service level metrics for delivery and warehouse operations
Ensure daily operation happens smoothly on a day to day basis
Managing the relationship with 3PLs for warehousing and delivery
Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy (product quality, pick & pack and delivery)
Actively involved to improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
Participate in organisational planning and strategy
4+ years of experience in a similar role in logistics, preferably in e-commerce logistics
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strong ability to multitask
Comfort working with multiple groups within business
