Responsibilities
- Drive key service level metrics for delivery and warehouse operations
- Ensure daily operation happens smoothly on a day to day basis
- Managing the relationship with 3PLs for warehousing and delivery
- Ensuring operational efficiency and accuracy (product quality, pick & pack and delivery)
- Actively involved to improve operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
- Participate in organisational planning and strategy
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role in logistics, preferably in e-commerce logistics
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Comfort working with multiple groups within business
