Duties & Responsibilities
- In accordance with our product strategy, target the best partners and build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Negotiate commercial partnerships models that maximize partner and client value.
- Negotiate amendments and renewals to contracts as the partnerships grow and evolve with changing business priorities on both Spenmo and the partners’ side.
- Lead the entire deal process, from finding the right partners, negotiating the deals, rallying internal teams behind your vision, closing, and launching the partnership.
- Ensuring that suitable technical integrations are developed to support Spenmo customers.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in in tech partnerships, business development, other strategic commercial roles, and/or top-tier consulting/finance roles.
- Ability to influence through presentations, written, and verbal communications.
- Clear communication, structured thinking, organization and project management skills.
- Strong collaborator who can build relationships across the company internally and with partners.
- Strong negotiation skills, with an emphasis on driving partner value.
- Agility to match an intense, fast-paced, and highly iterative environment.
Nice to Have
- Functional understanding of accounting and corporate finance practices
- Direct experience working with at least one of the following: Netsuite, SAP, Accurate, Jurnal, Xero, or other bookkeeping/accounting/HR/payroll softwareProduct management or any product-related experience
