- Undertake research activities to understand the problem and the user needs
- Analyse research data and communicate the findings to the team and clients
- Build and test prototypes to validate assumptions
- Create design systems for websites and apps (including interface content and motion principles)
- Create a measurement plan to gather feedback and measure performance
- Educate clients on governing and scaling the design system
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has 5+ years of solid industry experience
- Has a strong portfolio with a mature sense of design, colour and typography
- Pays attention to detail with regards to the quality, efficiency, consistency, scalability and creativity of the solution
- Is passionate about their craft and area of specialisation
- Is collaborative and helps others learn and grow
- Is a critical thinker and problem-solver
- Is a good communicator and educator
- Is willing to learn new skills and capabilities
- Is familiar with applications like Sketch and Invision
