- Assist Operations Manager in overall operations and administration of Poke Theory Singapore stores.
- Assist Operations Manager in coordinating Poke Theory’s Central Kitchen (headquarters) operations.
- Assist Operations Manager in conducting audits across stores.
- Assist in conducting staff training by HQ standards before deploying qualified manpower to stores.
- Assist in retrieving and providing relevant data for operations communications, and audit reports, among others, as required by the Operations Manager.
- Collaborate with the Marketing department to implement strategies that will continually place Poke Theory at the forefront of the food scene.
- Hold a valid WSQ Food Hygiene Certification
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not necessary
- Ability to be agile, prioritize and deliver on multiple projects to a high standard
- Highly collaborative mindset with a constant need to strive for excellence
- Self-motivated and good team player with the ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
