Key responsibilities:
Develop PR & content strategy and Tustana’s tone of voice based on our unique positioning in the b2b cross-border trade industry
Collaborate with Trustana’s customers, industrial partners, external experts to create thought-leadership content resources regularly to drive leads, followers, awareness across Trustana’s blog and social media channels
Articulate press-worth angles to build the Trustana brand globally in collaboration with appointed PR agency; oversee and manage PR agency to deliver coverage based on Trustana’s vision and projects
Source partners from and not limited to the same ecosystem, trade associations, government agencies to co-create content or create cross-marketing campaigns; manage the relationships with partners to foster long-term win-win collaborations
Experience in creating various types of content such as whitepapers, infographics, guides, blogs, video, podcasts etc. by doing desktop researches and interviews
Manage the Trustana Blog and provide insights based on post performance to internal teams
Ideal Candidate Requirements:
BA/BS degree in marketing/communications or equivalent working experience
8 - 10 years of experience in producing content for b2b businesses and PR, channel-specific knowledge (blog, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) will be a plus
Basic knowledge of SEO, i.e. keywords research and ranking and meta title & descriptions
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication and English writing skills
Critical-thinker and problem-solver
