The Role Responsibilities
AI and Omnichannel Banking Tribe mission is to make use of AI and automation to handle and optimize cost of serving customers, and integrate platforms/systems/experiences such as voice, text, social, online to offline and offline-to-online to offer full omnichannel interoperability.
As a Product Owner you will be:
Designing, building and improving hybrid and omnichannel distribution solutions to drive client engagement and improve cross channel sales via new messaging technologies
Automating interactions to reduce cost of servicing with AI and Machine Learning solutions
Helping designing sollution to ingest information from across all systems to provide the most helpful and updated information to the employee or interface serving the customer
Responsible for identifying, assessing, monitoring, controlling and mitigating risks to the Group as well as managing them.
Responsible to interpret the Group’s financial information, identify key issues based on this information and put in place appropriate controls and measures.
Awareness and Understanding of the regulatory framework in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
Collaboratively work with internal stakeholders and local regulators to address governance issues.

You must be a strong communicator who builds trust-based relationships within the squad and amongst stakeholders. If you possess traits and experience that match most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:
5+ years experience and proven knowledge in Messaging Customer Engagement with proven results in increasing customer experience, reducing cost by building comprehensive, omnichannel ecosystems which support customer messaging like SMS, push notifications, e-mail, chat, video, social channels, external messaging apps and chatbots
1+ years in Agile as a Product Owner (or a similar role), strong skills of maintaining and prioritizing a backlog
Deep understanding of industry trends and client needs, ability to create a value proposition and a squad vision
Demonstrated track record of leading teams to deliver objectives
Previously coached and mentored team members with regular feedback sessions
Previously defined product requirements and development roadmap based on functional expertise
Scrum Master, Product Owner certification (or equivalent) is a plus
Strong prioritization and analytical skills to manage backlog for the squad
Strong communication skills to synchronize tasks, clarify requirements and delivery expectations with stakeholders
Good to have knowledge of design thinking frameworks, user stories and customer journeys
