Job Title: QA Specialist
Job Duties:
Document Control
Track training compliance and reports status of company-wide training compliance
Process protocols and reports, scans and uploads document to Database
Support user requests for documentation and updates
Ensure compliance to external standards, maintain tracking system and coordinates review with users
Coordinate review and approval for document change request
Performed filing and scanning of quality system documentation
Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities
Standards Compliance
Ensure equipment are all duly calibrated
Responsible for the management of compliance tasks and projects (including ensuring quality standards, reporting, and process flow analysis, procedural documentation and training
Assure ongoing compliance towards recognised frameworks and methodologies
Research, develop and maintain training and operating procedures and process analysis based on laws and legislations, and standards
Participates and works with senior management to create strategies and processes related to all areas of Governance, Risk Management and Compliance according to customer requirements and other standards
Perform audits based on regulatory and internal requirements
Provide recommendations on identified process gaps and serves corrective and preventive actions
Quality Assurance
Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
Ensure products meet the established standards of quality including reliability, usability, and performance
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data
Controlling and maintaining incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspection
Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality
Control of technology processes in order to assure high quality of products
Identify potential areas of non-conformities and take steps to prevent them
Investigate customer complaints and rectify issue
Analyse current quality issues
Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by third parties
Others
Any other ad hoc duties required by supervisor/manager
Requirements:
Bachelor of Science or equivalent practical experience
Good knowledge in compliance standards in Singapore
Good Business English (including writing)
Good organizational skills and meticulous
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive areas
Proficient in communication skills, with ability to communicate with employees of all levels
Good time management and good organization skills
Critical thinking and decision making skills
In depth knowledge of ISO clauses is an advantage
