The Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team and take our product to the next level.
As our Product Manager, you will be playing key role in identifying customer needs in priority as well as solutions in order to unlock our revenue, establishing product roadmap & product strategies to engage with engineering team/delivery team/commercial team.
Your day to day
1. Own product development cycle from initial problem discovery, identifying possible solutions with designers & engineers to timely release of the solutions.
2. Create high quality and well thought out business requirements documents.
3. Develop in-depth knowledge of competitive products available as well as develop in-depth understanding of customer needs/pain points/as is operations processes
4. Own product priorities, roadmap and strategies.
5. Constructively articulate product priorities to stakeholders (engineering team/delivery team/commercial team)
Who you are
1. Minimum 3 years of product management with experience in building a successful product from scratch by using scrum/agile methodology.
2. Exposure within the logistics industry with focus on pricing, analytics and technology analysis is strongly desired.
3. Ability to effectively interact with customers and with cross-functional teams
4. Start-up experience is definitely a bonus!
