This role is to step into recruiting for data and technology talent in Singapore.   

Longer term, there is the potential to expand into the broader services that 33 Talent offers (HR consultancy and Coaching), but initially we are looking for someone who loves recruitment and wants to focus on offering a premium service to clients in need of a recruitment expert.

What you need

  • Strong demonstrable recruitment billing success experience that also demonstrates progress. Current ability to consistently bill in excess of $200K p.a. Most must be from self built business.

  • Strong recent demonstrable success in tech, data and/or related fields recruitment experience in Singapore; someone that can confidentially talk about the who/where/why of their relationships

  • Strong existing contact network in Singapore

  • Able to display attributes such as excellent communication, empathy, strategy, problem solving, high performance and leading from the front
