- Design with local markets their portfolio strategy to deliver ambitious growth, based on a sound understanding of their market potential
- Work closely with both global and local teams to align on clear marketing strategies, build robust execution plans & monitor progress
- Ensure the creation of thorough & innovative brand plans by local brand managers, building on deep customer understanding and cross-functional discussions
- Ensure a successful launch of our new products, especially in the Diabetic Foot Ulcer area
- Support the digital transformation of Urgo Medical in APAC for marketing activities (webinars, social media campaign, etc.)
- Reinforce Urgo Medical reputation in APAC through a strong PR & market shaping plan, strengthening our relationship with KOLs & organizing impactful events
- Ensure all countries have the right market access processes & capabilities to maximize our tenders & listing winning rates
- Collaborate with General Managers and other key business stakeholders across the APAC organization to develop & drive strategic projects
- Keep reinforcing the network of Marketing leaders across the region, coaching them, sharing best practices & fostering a high performance culture
- Optimize the usage of the APAC marketing budget, investing in high-impact projects

- S/he has a previous experience in Healthcare
