The Opportunity
We are looking for a driven, motivated, and unconventional Partnership Director to identify and develop commercial and strategic relationships with reselling partners according to our companies overarching objectives, strategic goals, and strategy. As a Regional Partnership Director, you operate at the heart of Quincus’s Technology ecosystem; you are responsible for shaping deals around client needs and enabling clients to source products and services through Quincus as a resale or embedded solution.

The candidate should enjoy working in a competitive environment with an understanding of technology-enabled Logistics. You are leveraging your enterprise connections and can communicate at all levels. People management and a KPI-driven mindset are essential to support growth through our partnership model in specific markets. Ideally, you connect the logistics and Transportation Industry with a sound understanding of the transportation market, airline, and eCommerce trends through your network.

Your day to day
1. Identify Enterprise Resell-Partners with large customer base and manage revenue growth.

2. Direct qualified sales opportunities from proposal, through negotiations and closure.

3. Understand client buying processes, patterns and behaviours for target clients.

4. Represent the Ecosystem within your geography, client group, and/or accounts acting as a conduit for ecosystem information and relationships to support Quincus’ growth and innovation at our clients.

5. Manage, grow existing and new Partnership accounts by accelerating Partners to close new clients and drive agreed KPI’s.

6. Establishing critical paths for success in the business expansion of existing clients.

7. Deliver a great customer experience and champion our brand to our partners –while being the champion of their needs within Quincus.

Who you are
1. 10+ years of professional experience years in senior positions of increasing responsibility partnership experience preferably in a SaaS/Enterprise organization.

2. Minimum 5+ years of partnership development experience, in enterprise companies with a technology focus.

3. Proven track record of partnering with senior executives at major technology companies such as Microsoft, IBM, Google, Oracle, etc.

4. Experience in supply chain/logistics/ transportation/E-Commerce and Express/ Courier (preferred).

5. Process-driven, close attention to detail, with an analytical mindset.

6. Energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships.

7. Good command of the English language is essential.
