Key Responsibilities:
Provide support for overall architecture including swift alliance upgrade, user account management and communication protocols with bank applications
Be involved in projects and change management by working on requirements gathering, solution designing and implementation
Participate in functional testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, user training, preparing documentation and production deployment
Provide level 3 support to users and participate in trouble-shooting
To succeed in this Business Analyst - Swift (12 months contract) role, you must have experience working as a business analyst on swift.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or equivalent
Minimum of five years’ experience as a business analyst on Swift
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Swift products, including Swift Alliance Access, Swift exchange layer
Experience with OS environment- unix/windows, access control, middleware, database, SQL reporting tools
Knowledge of ISO20022 and ISO15022 standards
